Research and Development (R&D)

Innovation is a necessary element in NESCO’s journey. Therefore, establishing R&D department as a way to achieve innovation is of particular importance. Nowadays, with very rapid and fluctuating changes in the field of knowledge and technology, as well as changes in the needs and demands of customers, the need for R&D department is felt more than ever.The term R&D is widely mixed with innovation, and the development of R&D unit activities and the relationship of this department with other functions such as supply chain, engineering, production and sales can lead to increased capacity, creativity and innovation, productivity, quality of final products and variety of product portfolios and ultimately the satisfaction of the stakeholders of this company.In order to achieve this goal and with the aim of expanding innovation-related activities, NESCO has placed on its agenda creating effective communications with knowledge-based centers and interacting with new ideas.
